Tucked into a quiet corner of town, this single-story two-bedroom, one-bath home is surrounded by shady mature trees and a budding permaculture farm. It’s the perfect place to recharge after a day of hiking, biking, rafting, hunting or simply soaking in the scenery.

The location couldn’t be better, sitting just an hour from both Moab and Telluride, with easy access to the San Miguel River, the Uncompahgre Plateau, and nearby reservoirs. Whether you’re here for outdoor adventure, a weekend getaway, or a longer stay to slow down and breathe, this cozy hideaway makes the ideal basecamp.

Inside, you’ll find a bright, fully stocked kitchen ready for home-cooked meals, a comfortable living room perfect for curling up with a book or watching TV, and two inviting bedrooms dressed in fresh linens. The bathroom is stocked with soft towels and toiletries for your stay.

Step outside onto the spacious deck, where afternoon shade invites you to linger with a morning coffee, share a meal in the open air, or stargaze under our dark western skies. The surrounding yard is filled with fruit trees, nut trees, berry bushes, and seasonal vegetables — a peaceful green space that changes with the seasons.

Guests enjoy full access to the home, deck, and gardens, along with easy parking in the driveway. We provide a personalized check-in code on the day of arrival for easy, keyless entry.

Guests have full use of the house, deck and porch. The gardens surrounding the house are shared space with the farm. Guests do not have access to any of the other buildings on the property.
